Over the years hundreds families in Flintshire have benefited from our services. In 2007/2008 Home-Start Flintshire received 64 referrals and a total of 62 families were
supported throughout the year.
Without our volunteers it would be impossible for the scheme to function. We thank them all for the time and commitment they give to help the quality of life of the families they support.
Whilst we are moving into an exciting period of development we are conscious that the long term sustainability of the service is vulnerable to time limited funding sources and an environment of frequent changes in the public sector. These are issues that will be monitored regularly, whilst at the same time identifying new funding opportunities, to ensure that we are able to maintain and further develop the high quality services that we currently offer to families.
