WE HAVE A NEW PREP COURSE STARTING IN APRIL TO JOIN THIS COURSE PLEASE GET IN TOUCH



The young people of Connah’s Quay Rangers/Explorers sponsored stay awake raised a total of £700.00 with £350.00 donated to Home-Start Flintshire, which will be used to directly help Flintshire families.   Mr Brown of Brown’s Furniture in Connah’s Quay supported this event as did the Manager of Sommerfield in Connah’s Quay who donated a box of chocolates and a bottle of wine.  These gifts were presented as a prize to the ranger and explorer who gained the most sponsors.  We are very grateful for all the effort of the Rangers/Explorers and their Leaders.    Please take a look at our Event Photo’s page to see the Ranger/Explorers preparing for the sponsor and their Duke of Edinburgh Expedition.


The February coffee morning at Daniel Owen Centre in Mold raised £74.00 thanks to all who supported this event.  Please see our March Monthly News Letter for more info.

February Half Term

Connah’s Quay Explorers/Rangers are taking part in a sponsored stay awake money raised will be equally shared between the Explorers/Rangers to purchase items for their kit for their Duke of Edinburgh Expedition the other half will be kindly donated to Home-Start Flintshire.

February 25th

Coffee Morning - Daniel Owen Centre, Mold offering refreshments and cakes.  Once again there will be a tombola with all gifts donated by local people.  Please come along and join us.
